Decrees

As citizens of the United States of America and as residents of the state of Ohio,  we appeal to heaven to release the third great awakening over America. Father God, allow this awakening to begin in Ohio for as Ohio goes….so goes the nation.

Heavenly Father 

You said in Isaiah 55:11 that You send out Your WORD and it always produces fruit; that Your WORD accomplishes all that You want it to, and it prospers wherever You send it; so today we send forth Your WORD as a unified body of Christ; and with an act of our faith we are fully persuaded that every decree shall come to pass just as You have promised to those that believe.

(Blow the shofar. Jewish Rabbis teach that the shofar awakens the sleeping soul) 

Awake Awake America, now it is high time to awake out of sleep.

Gov’t

We pray for the leaders of the United States and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and honesty.  [1 Timothy 2:2]

We declare with one voice that NO weapon formed against (the United States ) shall prosper and every tongue which rises against her in judgment, we shall condemn [Isaiah 54:17]

We decree that all our leaders hear instructions from Holy Spirit and are wise and they do not refuse wisdom.   [Proverbs 8:32-33]

We declare that only those who speak Godly council shall have access to our leaders and that “doors shall be closed that no man can open” to those bringing ungodly council.  [ Is 22:22]

We declare that “America shall be saved” because we are the people that are called by God’s name and we humble ourselves to pray and seek the LORD’s  face and we proclaim that we will turn from our wicked ways. So hear us from heaven Father God as we ask you to forgive our sins and restore our land.  [II Chronicles 7:14]

We speak acceleration over the restoration of America. We decree suddenlies of break-through all over our land. [referenced Acts 2:2, 2 Samuel 5:20; 1 Chronicles 14:11]

We declare and decree exposure in every area of our Gov’t from local to state to federal. We declare that all lies and deception be exposed; for the light to shine upon everything corrupt that has been hidden in the dark.  We prophesy to the truth and say “Light Be”. [referenced Ephes 5:13, Gen 1:2]

We pray Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven and we declare that Kingdom rule shall come to planet earth and be released in our Nation and all Nations on the earth.  We cry Father “Give us the Nations for our inheritance, the ends of the earth as our possession”

Safety

We declare that the Sheriff and deputies of (county); the Chief of Police and law enforcement officers of (town/city} will never betray the badge, will possess integrity and character and never lose public trust. That they will have courage to hold themselves and others accountable for actions and always uphold the Constitution, their community, and their agency in which they serve. We decree that they are covered in the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. [ Is 54:17]

We declare over the residents of (city, village, township or neighborhood) that:

We who dwell in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of the LORD, He is our refuge and our fortress, our God, in Him we trust. Surely He shall deliver us from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover us with His feathers and under His wings we shall take refuge. His truth shall be our shield and our buckler. We shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand; But it shall not come near us.Only with our eyes shall we look, and see the reward of the wicked. Because we have made the LORD, who is our refuge, even the Most High, our habitation, no evil shall befall us. Nor shall any plague come near our dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over us, to keep us in all our ways. They shall bear us up in their hands, Lest we dash our foot against a stone. We shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent we shall trample underfoot. Because we have set our love upon Him, therefore He will deliver us, He will set us on high because we have known His name. Cities/Towns/Villages

We decree that the mayor, city councilmen, and all elected officials of (village/ town/city) will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that they will bear true faith and allegiance to our nation and community;and  they will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office they hold. 

We declare that the Spirit of God is hovering over our nation, over Ohio, over (County) (town). [Gen 1:2]

Let there be light in (Allen, Auglaize, Hardin) County. [Gen 1:3]

Let there be light in (neighborhood/town/city).

( City) You are the light of the world.You are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. [Matt 5:14]

We declare that the people of (town)  will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations;  and will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with homes. [ Is 58:12]

Father install Peace to run this country, make Righteous our boss, We prophesy that there will be no more stories of crime in our land, no more robberies, no more vandalism. We will name our main street Salvation Way and install Praise Park at the center of town. [Isaiah 60:18] (Message Bible)

We decree that The LORD’s kindness shall not depart from (neighborhood/town/city), nor shall His covenant of peace be removed. [Isaiah 54:10]

We release Resurrection power into Ohio. We speak Recovery, Restitution,and Restoration into (city,town neighborhood).  [referenced Philippians 3:10, 1 Sam 30:18-20, Prov 6:31]

Churches

We decree that (county) shall have Shepherds that are after God’s heart and whom will feed their congregation with knowledge and understanding [Jeremiah 3:15]

We release supernatural protection over pastors and spiritual leaders in (county)

We declare that we seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto us. [Matt 6:33]

We decree that as God’s people go through (neighborhood/town/city), they will deliver to the residents the decrees to keep and the churches will be strengthened in the faith and will  increase in numbers daily. [Acts 16:4-5]

We decree that the believers in (neighborhood/town/city) shall go boldly into the street corners and invite to the LORD’s banquet anyone they can  find. [Matt 22:9]

Out of (church’s name) belly, shall flow rivers of living water  [John 7:38]

We declare that all the members of the body of Christ  shall lay hands upon the sick and they shall recover. [Mark 16:18]

Schools/ Children

We decree that the teachers of (school) shall in everything set an example by doing what is good. In their teaching they shall show integrity, seriousness, and soundness of speech. [Titus 2:7] We prophecy that parents and teachers shall have their eyes of understanding open to each students’ potential and gifting and guide them to their destiny and purpose. [Ephes 1:18]

We proclaim that children are a gift from God; they are a reward from him. 

[Psalm 127:3]

We decree that the children of (school district) shall grow in stature and in favor with God and men.  [Sam 2:26]

All (School District) children will have God for their teacher—what a mentor for our children! (school) be built solid, grounded in righteousness, far from any trouble—nothing to fear! Far from terror—it won’t even come close! If anyone attacks (school), nothing will come of it.  [Is 54:11-17] (Message Bible)

We declare that all the children of (town, school district)  shall be taught of the Lord and great shall be the peace of our children.  [Isaiah 55:13]

We decree that  the streets of the city of (neighborhood/town/city) shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets. [Zech 8:5]

We decree that Children  shall obey their parents in the Lord for this is right,  They shall honor their father and their mother so that it may be well with them and they shall live long on the earth.  [Ephesians 6:1-3]

We declare that the little children of (neighborhood/town/city) shall come to Jesus and they will  not be hindered. [Matt 19:14]

Business

We declare that the businesses in ( neighborhood/town/city)  commit to the Lord whatever they do, and He will establish their  plans. [Prov 16:3] 

We decree that the plans of the diligent will lead to profit. [Prov 21:5]

 We declare that the businesses of (neighborhood/town/city) will not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain, because the worker deserves his wages.  [1 Tim 5:18]

 We decree that the LORD thy God will make (town business) plenteous in every work of its hand, in the fruit of its body, and in the fruit of its cattle,and in the fruit of its land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over you for good, as he rejoiced over your fathers. [Deut 30:9]

The LORD shall open unto (business name) his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto your land in his season, and to bless all the work of your hand: and you shall lend unto many nations, and you shall not borrow. And the LORD shall make you the head and not the tail and you shall be above only and you shall not be beneath if you will hearken to the commands of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do them.  [Deut 28:12-13]

Whatever you do,( business name) work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. [Colossians 3:23-24 ]

Households

We declare that as for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.  [Joshua 24:15]

We decree that what the Lord joins together,  no one can separate. [Matt 19:6]

We declare that through wisdom the homes in ( town) shall be built, and by understanding they will be established; by knowledge the rooms will be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.  [Prov 24:2-3]

We declare peace be to the residents of (town),  peace to our homes,and peace to all that we have. [1 Sam 25:6]

We decree that It is God’s will for all men (our entire family, our neighbors) to come to salvation and the knowledge of truth.  [1 Tim 2:4]

It is God’s loving kindness that brings (neighbor/ family member’s name) to repentance and repentance to salvation and deliverance. [Romans 2:4]

We prophesy upon dry bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. We prophesy unto the wind and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds,O breath, and breathe upon these slain (with addiction) that they may live. We declare that breath shall come into them, and they shall live and stand upon their feet, an exceeding great army.  [Ezekiel 37:4&9]

 Father pour pure water on us (residents of  ___ ) and scrub us clean. Give us a new heart, put your spirit in us, remove the stone heart from our body and replace it with a heart that is God-willed, not self -willed. Father put your Spirit in us and make it possible for us to do what you tell us and to live by your commands. Give us once again the land that you gave our ancestors to live. We will be your people and you will be our God.  Give orders to the wheat fields, telling them to grow bumper crops, Father send no more famine. Make sure that our fruit trees and field crops flourish. [Ezekiel 36:25-30]

UNITY

We decree that the residents of (neighborhood/town/city) will make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. [Ephesians 4:3]

We confess that we are like-minded with the mind of Christ, and that we are sympathetic, compassionate, humble and love one another.  [1 Peter 3:8]

 We declare that we agree with one another in what we say and that there is no division among us, and that we are perfectly united in mind and thought.  [1 Corinthians 1:10]

How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.  [Psalm 133:1]

We break the back of racial and political division, strife, and confusion and we command every evil act and plan to be aborted in Jesus name.  [referenced from James 3:16]

We declare that today our unified voices have agreed with God’s words and we have aligned ourselves with heaven. We Proclaim Thy Kingdom come! Thy Will be Done!! On earth as it is in heaven! May heaven be manifested on earth!
